The Harmoni Table is a first of its kind cyclical nutrition platform and animal-based approach to eating, rooted in the four phases of the menstrual cycle. Our expertly crafted recipes and meal plans are designed by a registered dietitian to support your hormones through every phase, helping you nourish your body in rhythm with your cycle.

Each plan includes simple, nutrient-dense meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner which, are tailored to your body’s shifting needs throughout the month. It’s not a diet. It’s a system of support, rooted in real food and real science.

Our Story

 

The Harmoni Table was born, like many great ideas, in a group chat between three best friends: Adriana, Kamila, and Jackie. Though we were all chasing the same things, balance, clarity, and health, we were each standing in very different chapters of life. Adriana was trying to conceive her first baby. Kamila was hoping to grow her family, navigating the tender space between one child and the dream of another. Jackie was deep in the thick of it, raising a toddler and a newborn, with no plans of trying again any time soon. And yet, even in the chaos of different rhythms, we kept coming back to the same truth: We wanted to feel better in our bodies. We wanted to support our hormones, naturally. And we knew that food was where it all began. We've always bonded over food, texting each other dinner ideas, swapping recipes, voice noting about cravings, and celebrating small wins over shared plates. But in our collective search to feel better, heal faster, and move with more intention, we started diving deep into something we were never taught. The power of eating with your cycle. What we discovered changed everything.
 
We learned that our bodies aren't meant to eat the same way every day. That our hormones shift every week, and with them, our metabolism, digestion, energy, and cravings. That what we eat during ovulation should be different than what we eat right before our period. That our menstrual cycle isn't just a nuisance to manage, it's a map to follow. And yet, no one had ever taught us this. Not in school. Not in a doctor's office. Not even in most wellness programs. Like so many women, we'd spent years fighting our bodies instead of feeding them. We realized just how many women, regardless of whether they're trying to conceive, regulate their periods, calm their PMS, or simply feel good, have never been given this information. Or the tools. Or the food. And so, we created The Harmoni Table. A place where women can feel seen. A place where nourishment is cyclical, intentional, and phase-based. A place to reconnect to your body through food. Because you are not the same every day. And your meals shouldn't be either. This is not a trend. This is not a diet. This is a return. To rhythm.
