   1     What is The Harmoni Table?

The Harmoni Table is the first of its kind. A wellness experience rooted in cycle-synced nutrition and designed to support women through every phase of their menstrual cycle. Our digital meal plans and memberships make cyclical eating simple and empowering, with recipes, resources, and guidance tailored to each phase. This isn’t about following a diet ,it’s about reconnecting with your rhythm. Because healing starts at the table.

 


 

   2     Why is this only for women who menstruate?

Our framework is built specifically around the natural hormonal rhythms of the menstrual cycle. The four phases that guide changes in energy, metabolism, mood, and nutritional needs. For this phase of development, we’re focused on serving women who are actively cycling in order to fine-tune our formulas and tools based on real hormonal patterns.

 


 

   3     Why is it animal-based only?

Animal based ingredients are foundational to our approach because they provide highly bioavailable nutrients, like B12, iron, zinc, and fat-soluble vitamins that are critical for hormone production and balance. Organ meats, pastured eggs, collagen-rich broths, and quality animal proteins are central to replenishing what’s often depleted during each phase of the cycle. While we respect all food philosophies, this particular program is rooted in what we believe nourishes female physiology most effectively.

 


 

   4     Can I participate if I have an IUD or am postpartum?

Yes. While our ideal test group is women who are menstruating naturally, we welcome women with IUDs or who are in a transitional season like postpartum. If you typically menstruate and are looking to rebalance or reconnect with your cycle, your perspective is incredibly valuable.

 


 

   5     Is this for people who do intermittent fasting?

Not necessarily. Our approach is not built around fasting, in fact, it’s quite the opposite. We focus on nourishment, blood sugar stability, and metabolic support throughout the day to help women feel grounded, energized, and hormonally supported. While some principles can complement certain eating windows, this program is most effective when food is used as a consistent tool for balance, not restriction.

 


 

   6     What can I expect to feel or experience by following this program?

   7     How was this idea born?

The Harmoni Table was born from a deeply personal journey, one that began with trying to understand the connection between food, hormones, and balance. After years of “eating healthy” but still feeling imbalanced, we realized that wellness for women has often ignored the rhythm of the menstrual cycle. This sparked the idea to build something that supports women at the root: through food, education, and a return to intuitive nourishment.

 


 

    8     What research or credentials is this based on?

Our framework is grounded in evidence-based nutritional science, functional medicine principles, and ancestral eating philosophies that center bioavailable nutrients and metabolic health. We’re proud to say that one of our founders, Jackie, is a registered dietitian and she designed an approach that’s practical, nutrient-dense, and phase-specificall while listening to real women and their lived experiences.

 


 

   9     Is this medically approved?

While we’re not a medical program, our approach is backed by research and guided by nutrition professionals. Everything we offer is designed to complement ,not replace clinical care. If you have a medical condition or are under treatment, we always recommend speaking to your healthcare provider before starting any new nutritional regimen.

 


 

   10     Will I lose weight with this?

Weight loss is not the primary goal of The Harmoni Tableour focus is hormonal balance and metabolic support. That said, many women find that when they begin eating in sync with their cycle, addressing nutrient deficiencies, and stabilizing blood sugar, their bodies naturally release excess weight, inflammation, or water retention. Rather than chase a number on the scale, we’re here to help you feel more energized, in tune, and nourishedand let your body take care of the rest.

 


 

   11     When can we sign up for the meal kits?

The full meal kits complete with fresh, pre-portioned ingredients will launch in 2026. We're taking a phased approach to ensure the foundation is strong and the education piece is in place first.

 


 

   12     How is this different from other meal services?

Most meal kits are built for general convenience. Ours is built for intentional nourishment. The Harmoni Table is the first meal service specifically designed for the menstrual cycle. Every recipe is formulated around the nutrients your body needs in that phase, using a food-as-medicine approach rooted in ancestral nutrition, blood sugar balance, and metabolic support. This isn’t about checking the “healthy” box. It’s about giving your body what it actually needs, at the right time.
